The useful question is not only what the automation costs. It is how much staff time, delayed revenue, error correction, and missed follow-up the current process costs every month.

What changes the price

Complexity comes from the number of decisions, systems, users, and failure paths—not simply the number of workflow steps.

  • How many apps, APIs, databases, and communication channels must connect

Budget for production, not only a demo

A reliable automation needs validation, retry logic, alerts, credentials management, exception handling, and documentation. AI systems also need guardrails and evaluation. These pieces are less visible than a demo, but they determine whether the system can safely support daily work.

Ask for a fixed scope, stated assumptions, included integrations, deployment responsibilities, and post-launch support before committing to a build.
